Accountant

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:-

1- Prepare journal entries
2- Follow up on Accounts payable and payments.
3- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
4- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
5- Draw up monthly financial reports
6- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
7- Assist with year-end closings
8- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
9- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
10- Assist with payroll administration
11- Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
12- Account/bank reconciliations
13- Review and process expense reports
14- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
15- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
16- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
17- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.

Education and Experience:-

1- Minimum 2-3 year Experience in accounting
2- Graduated from faculty of Commercial
3- Professionally Using Microsoft Office
4- knowledge of accounting principles and practices
5- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation
6- Technical accounting skills
7- Previous experience of general accounting
8- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
9- General Math Skills
10- Detail – Oriented
