HR Specialist at Capital Drilling
Qualifications Must have;
•3 years University HR Management degrees or 2 years HR Management Diploma.
•At least 3 years HR & Public Relation Management Experience, •Advantageous: Certificate course in Advanced Industrial relations •Very sound knowledge of all Egyptian Employment Laws and Labor Relations Legislation
•Outstanding organizational and communication skills
•Ability to deal with different / employees.
•Ability to effectively resolve conflicts between staff
•Advance / intermediate level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, payroll system).
