Technical Support Specialist

About the Job
Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, and more.
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business.
Ability to understand Software Applications and deliver training to customers.
Job Requirements
4 – 6 years of experience in Information Technology field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Technology or Engineering.
Males ONLY
Cairo Governorate residents or near by are preferred.
Good command of spoken, written and read English.
Good Communication and Presentation skills.
Knows IT
Worked with networks (programs)
Worked with hardware (Windows , Servers)
Willing to understand Software Applications to deliver training to customers.
Salary is Negotiable
