MS Dynamics Junior Consultant
Job Description
– Support and maintenance of ERP systems. Mainly Microsoft Dynamics; Great Plains (GP 10), Retail Management System (RMS). (GP modules include but not limited to Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing, and Financials).
– Monitor performance of the applications; providing benchmarks and ongoing analysis.

– Excellent understanding of business processes and implements the application accordingly.
– Analyze customer business requirements; map them to used application functionality, and build gap analysis.
– Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or work-around to meet client requirements.
– Get end users approval for provided functional solution.
– Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
– End users training
– Maintains application administration documentation.
– Support technical development team from business and functional perspective.
– Solves trouble tickets reported to help desk.
– Manages application faults, analyzes and fixes errors.
– Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
– Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients.
Skills
Technical:
– 2+ years relevant experience in application development, deployment and post deployment support preferably in a large enterprise.
– Experience in MS Dynamics environment; at least last 1 years in MS Dynamics GP 10 and RMS.
– Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics is a must; (at least 2 of the following modules: GP 10 Inventory and Order Processing, GP 10 financials, and Retail Management System).
– Experience through at least 1 full project lifecycles;
– Experience or strong knowledge of MS CRM, and HRMS is a big plus.
– Knowledge SharePoint is a plus.
– Strong background on MS technologies/trends is a plus.
– Strong accounting, finance, and supply chain understanding; accounting and finance majors are preferable.

Education
Commerce, Computer science, or relevant discipline, graduated from recognized university
