A Fantastic oppotunity for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager within a 5* Star Apartment Hotel! Set in the heart of Doha Over looking West bay
Aim –
To develop and implement sales strategies, which will both, introduce new business and increase market share with existing accounts in order to achieve and exceed agreed hotel sales targets.

Responsibilities –

Set short- and long-term sales strategies for the hotel by working with the Director of Sales.
To generate creative and practical solutions that align activity to strategy, ensuring best practice use of sales research and other inputs.
Conduct client quarterly business reviews with the Director of Sales.
Plan, implement and evaluate the use of promotional mix elements such as exhibition and trade
Fair attendance, direct mail campaigns, targeted e-shots and sales promotions.

Sales Development
Manage sales territories, both nationally and internationally.Focus on GCC, MICE, corporate and leisure accounts
Construct, develop, devise and oversee a variety of sales techniques to include telesales, face-to-Face sales, company presentations and familiarisation trips to promote all aspects of the hotel.
Conduct effective direct sales calls, consistently achieve a high volume of external client appointments with well qualified existing and potential customers; realising an average of 3-5 appointments per day.
Be responsible for the account development and pursue account penetration aggressively to increase market share for the hotel.
Be responsible for client research and identify sales opportunities

Minimum 2 years in Qatar Market
Priority Local resident with NOC
Must have a valid Qatari driving license
