In-house Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
1. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails
2. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
3. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
4. Gathering market and customer information.
5. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and terms of an agreement and closing sales with customers.
6. Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
7. Responds to prospective client inquiries quickly and completely, providing appropriate follow up as needed
8. Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
9. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
10. Manages all sales cycle activities
