Urgently required for a Outsourcing& Offshoring company in Dokki
Job title : Telesales Supervisor
Responsibilities:

• To ensure achievement of KPI’s across all team members and to drive over-achievement.
• To coach, mentor and arrange one to ones with your staff on a regular basis.
• To monitor your teams performance management and also relevant quality checks.
• To support the Telesales Manager and making sure that you uphold the expectations set upon the team.
• To carry out all required team management and administrative activities, including performance management processes and action on individual performance issues.

Skills & Experience:
-2-3 years of telesales experience in call center in managerial position preferred
-Very good command of English
– Team leading or supervisory Skills of a telesales team
– Great people skills including the ability to motivate a team
-Excellent communication skills with a visible approach to leadership, performance management and motivation.
– Performance oriented, including service excellence and sales conversations.
– Dynamic, proactive and supportive – able to build professional and energetic teams.
