((SALES SPECIALIST)) to join fast growing Sales Etisalat Team
Main Responsibilities
Handles and organizes all daily correspondences between related SME agent and concerned internal parties to ensure smooth and effective work flow.
Maintains updated daily and weekly records for customers and sales visits according to the agreed SLA to highlight sales activities and targets progress.
Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments (Fraud, Account Management, Back Office, Corporate Collection…Etc) to secure planned work progress.
Increase SME customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department’s sales objectives.
Supports related SME agent through closing profitable deals to achieve monthly targets.
Conducts daily visits with SME agents’ sales teams to highlight progress in existing and new SME accounts.
Resolves and minimizes SME accounts problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
University Degree.
Minimum 1 years of experience.
Computer skills is a must, especially MS excel and power point.
Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork spirit.
Ability to perform well under pressure
