Required Skills and Experience: > Minimum 1 year experience. > Creativity and motivation to develop design solutions around business objectives and user needs. > Confidence in your creative solutions and able to discuss these with business owners. > Very confident using Photoshop. > Very confident hand-coding CSS and Css3, making use of the latest techniques. > Very confident editing HTML (although you won’t need to create fresh HTML for each project). > Strong typography > UX and UI experience >
Experience of working on mobile/responsive sites > Wireframing > Strong written and verbal communication. > Excellent time management skills.
