Currently looking for Administrative Assistant in BI-Technologies company in New Cairo with a lot of benefits, providing transportation and an excellent package.
Degree

*BS: in any of the following areas (Business Administration, or related field).

1.Answers and book all inbound calls from landline and mobile.
2.Coordinate demo’s dates and names between the sales department and PS department.
3.Contact point for all PS members.
4.Reserve hotels for the consultants.
5.Coordinate and arrange meetings for PS department (Date, Time and needed resources) and reserve the meeting room for the internal meetings.
6.Coordinate and manage devices used with PS department and record them including when, whom and device information to be up to date so we can follow any missed device
7.Follow up assigned issues from PM and PS Manager and HR-Department to another parties.
8.Reserve trip tickets for PMs and Consultants.
9.Prepare the PO`s for the PS department and sign it from PS department Manager then submit it to the GM admin office to be signed.
10.Push notification to all PS
