Working hours will be from Sunday to Thursday (Fixed shifts) from 12 pm to 9pm
AYAKI a UK based company looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join their fast growing Outbound Call Centre based in Maadi.
Product training will be provided by British trainers from main office.
As the business expands so does the requirement for highly experienced and motivated employees who possess the right attitude, skills and work ethic to help move the business forward.
Responsibilities:
To make outbound calls to new consumer prospects.
To achieve set Key Performance Indicators regarding Sales Targets, Data Usage and Quality Measures.
To provide an overview of the product/service on offer and to ask if they would like to buy (or if appropriate, agree to an appointment).
To expertly handle objections and to promote the benefits of the product/service.
Applicants should:
Have previous telemarketing/call centre experience, ideally Outbound selling is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Be highly motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Be smart in appearance, confident and loyal to both the company and campaign.
Be able to work under pressure and to meet challenging targets.
Speak clearly and concisely at the appropriate pace and be polite and courteous with customers.
