A Malty National Company seeking for: Human Resources Officer

Job description:

Candidates must be able to start within 1 week.

Qualified candidates should be able to have the following job Description & duties:

•Study & form the organizational structure of the company and analyze it to make sure it covers all the actual needs of the company departments’ and sections’ , and achieve organizational relationships between different departments that serve the purpose of the development of the company’s activities and the breadth of its work.

•Prepare the company Man Power plan & budget along with creating job descriptions in coordination with the departments heads.

•Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities with high qualified calibers for various vacancies, solely through head hunting, referral system and recruitment database.

•Review & update the company grading and salary structure and to propose updates continuously to achieve a balance between the company’s general policies and requirements for employees matching with salary levels prevailing in similar sector.

•Enhance the performance Management system to measure the efficiency of employees and to determine their level of performance, and deliver a training to all employees on how to use it.

•Update the HR policies and create any if needed.

•Preparation and implementation of salary, monthly benefits for employees in coordination with the financial & tax advisor and the Bank.

•Budgeting training and identifying training needs of employees according to the performance appraisal reports and the company’s expansion requirements and continuous development in the systems and methods of work.

•Manage the company Health and Safety plan.

•Member of the HR committee and ensure all its requirements are met.

•Manage the development of the employees benefits.

•Ensure a Constant follow up for the labor and tax laws.

•Create relations with colleges, universities, agencies and training providers.

•Performing employee satisfaction surveys.

Desired Skills and Experience

*University graduate

*Strong communication and interpersonal and influencing skills

2-5 years of proven record experience.

Excellent Microsoft skills including Power Point presentations.

Excellent English skills: Written & spoken.

Excellent leadership becasue the existing deputy HR manager will be directly reporting to you.

Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Laws as well as Social Insurance.

All HR management related tasks & issues.
