Requirements:

– Fluent in German
-Good Communication skills

Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding ADSL Service, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
ADSL Requirements
• Very Good in English Language
• Graduate with a bachelor degree
Age: maximum 27 years all
Technical and troubleshooting background in networking
Preferred CCNA or MCSE Holder and troubleshooting

• Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Communication or Computer Engineering.
• Certified CCNA is a must.
• Certified CCIP or CCNP is preferred.
• Very good user for computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• From 1 to 2 years in customer service experience.
• Excellent Communication, Team Work, Time Management, Problem solving skills.
