Stock Control Clerk – Poultry
Core Purpose of Job:
To control the movement of stocks, ensure efficient and timely ordering, receipt, storage, issue and distribution of equipment/g/ product by effective supervision of assigned staff.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Receiving Goods.
2. Uploading of files onto SAP records.
3. Issuing goods to sales vans.
4. Reconciliation of issued goods according to the Company Policies and Procedure.
5. Complete relevant documentation and reports.
6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in store area.
7. Train and develop staff under his command.
8. Liaise with relevant external agencies and internal management to ensure effective and timely utilization/n of stock.
9. Ensure safety at work.
10. Train and develop staff to provide for adequate succession planning.
