Job Description:
Responsible for Reservation, Issue, Reissue and Refund & Invoices.
Follow up: schedule changes, cancelled flights, cancelled PNRs, time limits .
Hotels , Flight tickets, Transfers, Visa appointments and issuance .
Handling E-Mail requests.
Reservation, Issuance, Refund, Amendment & Invoices.
Handle requests; follow up, issuance & settlement of final payment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Active, ready to work under pressure.
Experienced in the travel industry specifically corporate travel .
Experience in customer service ( 3 years in same field )
Knowledge of Amadeus is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must .
