Job Title:-
– Ticketing and Reservation agent
Job Description :-
– Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System.
– Handles ticket issuance (Refund & re-issue)
– Dealing with all hotels booking systems.
– Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for group and individual.
– Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations.
– Handling Customer Requests and Inquiries Both by phone and by Email and Follow Up Customer Requests.
Job Qualifications :-
– Computer literate and proficient in using Amadeus System
– At least One year experience in reservations and ticketing travel agency.
– Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.
