Nissan Auto Egypt is currently Hiring Automotive Service Advisor.
Job Description :
Maintain good relationship with customers.
Follow and implement seven steps technique of reception.
Determine the expected repair deadline required for the vehicles service maintenance.
Ensures that the repair estimated cost and time are reasonable.
Ensures that the repairs are carried out within promised delivery time and estimated cost.
Follow up with spare parts for procurement of parts, especially the parts on VOR.
Keep up with factory’s technical information/service bulletins.
Ensures job controllers are feeding correct/proper operation code.
Understands time control process.
Monitors the vehicle repairing procedures.2
Handles customer complaints.
Follow come back job process.
Preparing, generate and collecting all reception related reports ex (Carry over, Daily follow up sheet, NA Report, WIP Report…).
Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
From 3 to 5 years of experience in same position is a must.
Service advising skills, customer care & complaint handling skills.
Fully operation in basic problem diagnostic skills & job order processing.
Very good English language in both spoken, written, and reading.
High level of hygiene in uniform and appearance.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Maximum age 29 years old.
