Job Description:
1- Make outbound calls to confirm orders with customers
2- Receiving incoming calls and answering customers’ inquiries
3- Reply to customers’ inquiries over social media comments and messages
4- Perform as first-line support for customers and solve their issues
Required Skills:
1- Soft skills (communication, negotiation, call etiquette..etc.)
2- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
3- Sales over phone skills
4- punctual and self-motivated
