*Claims Specialist*
JOB DESCRIPTION
Resolve claims in a timely manner
Organize and present claim review plans
Negotiate settlements
Analyze and investigate complicated insurance claims to help prevent fraud
Write the accident notification after knowing the details of the accident from the client
Provide us with copies of driver’s licenses and car
Receive a copy of the repair assay from the reception engineer to send it with
accident notification
Send the appendices of the assays to complete the compensation procedures
Send a copy of the final invoice to request an exit letter
Prepare all documents to hand over the original to disburse the compensation value
Send all compensation to which letters of exit are sent weekly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
From 0 – 2 years of experience
Any Bachelor’s degree
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good understanding of insurance claims negotiation and settlement techniques
Interpersonal and communication skills
