“Compensation and Benefits Specialist”

* Responsible for processing and update the payroll transactions such as (payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements) as well as new hires, terminations, resignations, leaves of absences, suspensions, and other status changes.
* Ensure that employees payroll, performance bonus and claims are processed accurately and timely.
* Prepare the annual and quarterly reports as required for HR Manager, finance department monthly reports (payroll, headcount, social insurance, salaries report, reconciliation and net payment) and any other required analysis reports.
* Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analysis.
* Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
* Compare benefits and compensation plans, and salaries through data and cost analysis.
* Provide salary scheme for the newly hired employees in accordance with the ‘Grading and Salary Structure’.
* Participate in market and salary surveys with external vendors and run benchmark analysis.

Qualifications:
* Years of Experience: 3-4 years in same function.
* Numbers oriented, strong analytical capabilities, ability to analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets as to determine compensation and benefits strategies.
* Solid experience of payroll and tax.
* The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Excellent English, speaking and writing.
