Al Safy Foods is now looking for new Import Coordinator.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree.
2- 0 to 2 years of experience in the same fields.
3- Excellent computer skills (Excel- MS Office).
4- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
1- Helping in import process.
2- Checking orders with other departments.
3- Follow up with stores for the stock to avoid shortage in any item.
4- Follow up on shipping and arrival for the shipments.
5- Follow up with accountants for suppliers’ transfers.
6- Follow up on shipment bank documents.
7- Handling phone calls related to import procedures.
8- Making sure that suppliers received everything on time.
Work conditions:
– 5 working days per week with 2 days off (Friday & Saturday)
– 8 working hours per day.
– Location: Nasr City, Obour buildings.
