Ocean Freight) Company Sector Cargo & Marine service Job Description: * Day-to-day operations responsible for supporting all import activities. * Handling Import operations daily follow up with Carrier/Agents for shipments arrival date. * Follow up shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with Customers. * Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with shipping lines. * Send arrival notice to customers. * Prepare invoices and other shipping/Import documents to ensure customers’ clearance of goods at destination.
* Follow up with clients. * Issuing Import reports.
