– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
– Fluency in #English language is a must.
– Min 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a #Construction Company.
– Work location : 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬
– Working hours : From 8:30 AM to 05:30 PM
– Days off : 2 Days (Friday & Saturday)

– Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
– Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
– Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
– Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
– Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
– Make travel arrangements.
– Attend meetings in order to record minutes when needed.
– Manage and maintain schedules.
– Archive all documentations for future use, marked and organized.
– Follow up on tasks with other departments or external parties and provide what’s needed according to the deadline set for it.
