Customer support helps customers with their concerns, inquires and suggestions, Make sure to deliver the company point of view to their clients and deliver the voice of the customers to the company management, Transfer the technical issues to our technical team if needed.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers and transfer their technical issues to our technical teams.
• Gather and analyze customers’ feedback then share with E-Commerce Manager.
•Make outbound calls and confirming Orders.
•Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are solved.
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• English : V.good
• Familiarity with hardware is a plus.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• Can work Under pressure.
