Elkasrawy Group is currently Hiring Information Desk Agent.

Job Description :
1- Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data in CRM System and AS400 System.
2- Receive and Sort Faxes and deliver it.
3- Provide the customers with all information that they need.
4- Arrange all customers’ visits and transfer them smoothly to Service advisor or Salesman.
5- Renew the insurance for the customers.
6- Maintain information desk area clean and uncluttered.
7- Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list.
8- Make daily No show Report for Service customers.
9- Receive Sales Visit Forms and register it on CRM System.
10- Make daily “Traffic Log “reports for Service Department and Sales Department.
11- Enter customer data in Facebook leads and Facebook inquiry reports.
12- Add aftersales campaigns leads.
13- Conducts phone survey on commercial sales service.
14- Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group .

Requirements:
1- Bachelor degree.
2- Fresh grads are welcome to apply and Preferred customer service background.
3- Good English language in both spoken, written and reading.
4- Excellent computer skills.
5- Excellent communication skills.
6- Males Only.
7- Maximum age 25 years old.
8- Location ( New Cairo/Kattamya)
