SALES OFFICER
Who will be responsible for Achieve and ensuring meet monthly targets, follow and check all stock levels and prepare all monthly reports and documents of all sales statements and claims.
Main duties:
Managing sales distribution and meet monthly targets with widespread distribution.
Make required number of sales calls as defined by SOP
Check, visit display outlets of the Market under coverage.
Increase the standards of display and merchandising.
Visit and attention to customer complaints & report it.
Ensure service levels of stocks credit frequency, collection.
Ensure the infrastructure of the stocks – unit, quality of sales-men.
Analyze stockings on month’s activities & sales target each month.
Ensure cheque encashment.
Ensure stock receipt from transporters.
Take corrective action on cheque bouncing cases.
Prepare statements & monthly reports.
Report damages and shortages.
Ensure delivery of reports as per timeline set by management for Incentive calculation.
Coordinate with Support Staff for Sales Booking & dispatches.
Exp. Must have 4-7 years in sales in the FMCG field/cosmetics.
Education: Bachelor degree
Very good skills using Microsoft officer
