Sales Officer
Who will be responsible for Achieve and ensure monthly targets, follow and check all stock levels and prepare all monthly reports and documents of all sales statementsز
Main duties:
Managing sales distribution.
Meet monthly targets with widespread distribution.
Make required number of sales calls as defined by SOP
Check, visit display outlets of the Market under coverage.
Increase the standards of display and merchandising.
Ensure service levels of stockist credit frequency, collection.
Stockist Management.
Ensure the infrastructure of the stockist – unit, quality of sales-men.
Analyze stockist on month’s activities & sales target each month.
Ensure cheque encashment.
Ensure stock receipt from transporters.
Take corrective action on cheque bouncing cases.
Report damages and shortages claim to ASM/Supervisors.
Ensure delivery of reports as per timeline set by management for Incentive calculation.
Coordinate with Support Staff for Sales Booking & dispatches.
Residents of the 10th of Ramadan & El-Sharkia are preferable.
Having a car is preferable.
Exp. 3-5 years in sales
Experience in the FMCG industry
Education: Bachelor degree
Very good skills using Microsoft officer
