“Lease Contract Management Executive”
Job Duties:
Responsible for providing timely active administrative support to the Leasing Team in the development and monitoring of lease documents, communication with clients/tenants, and other duties as assigned. Assuring that all lease-related documents adhere to the agreed-upon terms, conditions, and commitments between the company and the client.
Job Requirements:
– Holding a Bachelor’s degree.
– 2-3 Years of experience in contract management preferred in Malls.
– Customer Oriented.
– Excellent Communication Skills.
– Problem-solving skills.
– An ability to stick to deadlines.
