Location: Smart Village – 6th October
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the 1st line of support for desktops, IT Equipment’s.
Setup software, Anti-Virus, operating systems & Desktop Applications
Grant and maintain user access rights across the Internal Network & internet
Backup data, and provide support for the Infrastructure Hardware, Desktop Computers & other peripherals
Design and manage Servers, Active Directory, Operating systems for Servers (Microsoft) & Enterprise Antivirus solution.
Design, manage & configure Network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
Design & manage user access rights across the Internal Network, VPN & internet
Qualifications: –
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 years of experience
Hard worker and team player
Excellent communication Skills
