Desktop Support Engineer / System Support Engineer
Education :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• At least one Diploma in Hardware maintenance
Experience:
3+ years experience, preferably in a similar position in manufacturing company and experienced in:
• Troubleshooting / maintaining / installing Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
• Troubleshooting / maintaining / installing Desktop clients & laptops
• Expert in resolving issues on software / hardware
• Good level of experience using Windows 7 / Windows 10
• High level of expertise on networking concepts / practical experience handling large networks of at least 100 computers
• Management of managed switches of reputed brands
• Experience handling first level of support for end users and able to clarify all doubts
