Looking to hire on urgent basis for a multinational well known fashion retail company “Junior HR Assistant” from fresh to 1 year of practical experience and his learning curve will be taken care of.
The position will be reporting to HR head.
Transportation is provided.

Annual contract & Social insurance from first joining date.
Role dimension:
-Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
-Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
-Handle Monthly Time & attendance management system transactions – Oracle.
-Update monthly vacation balances.
-Coordinate smooth operation of medical system.
-Coordinate & schedule interviews with proposed candidates.
Qualifications:
Should have basic understanding of Excel , word & outlook.
Should be very good English
Very good Communication skills
