Job description
Managing all the engagement on the assigned social media platforms
Handling our Social media channels
Respond to messages and comments
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, Shipping companies etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
handling customer complains
Prepare sales daily reports
perform any related task
Requirements :
bachelor degree
1-2 years of experience
Very Good English
preferably Haram Resident
working hours from 11 AM to 7 PM
