About the Job:
– Job location: Masr El-Gdeda, Cairo, Egypt.
– Job type: Full Time (9:00 AM Till 5:00 PM).
– Report to: Projects Manager.
– Salary: 4k : 6k
– Social insurance After 3 Month
– Transportation allowance
– Phone Allowance
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Responsible For all Finishing activities Such as but not limited To Plastering, ceiling, Gypsum walls and Painting, Titling and Marble work Parquet Flooring and land Scoping.
– Preparing weekly and Daily Target schedules for all Type of activities.
– Ensuring that all Materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
– Coordinate and monitor the work on Construction’s subcontractors.
– Review Requirements of the specification and Relevant standards and Ensure understanding and Compliance of work done with Specified Requirement of the specification drawings.
– Checking Plans, drawings and Quantities.
KSAO:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.
– Experience 1 to 2 years.
– Revit : Advanced user is a must.
– Microsoft Excel : Good User.
