Architecture Engineers required for Contracting Company . About the job • Shop Drawing Quantity Survey • Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings • Controlling of all document’s revision for the project • Carry out inspection as per approved inspection and test plan and procedure • Preparing and performing punch list follow up till Client acceptance and final handover • Executes the specific inspections of materials equipment and construction activities • Study Project Bill of Quantities Drawings and Schedules • Preparing Finishing works (Floor tiles plastering paintings waterproof heat insulation …etc.)
• Monitor projects time plan and Schedule • Monitoring work progress • Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings of amendments during the implementation process • Preparation of As-built drawings • Implement cost-effective measures for reducing project cost. Job Requirements • Bachelor of Architecture Engineering degree is a must. • ( 3 ) years’ experience in a similar position. • Good English Language (written and spoken). • Good knowledge in using a PHOTOSHOP and 3D-Max • Excellent Microsoft Office. • Organization Skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Computer Skills: MS office AutoCAD 3Dmax Send your C.V on ( [email protected] ) . or call 01271501718 .
