location: Bab El Louk Square from Tahrir Square
*Manage incoming phone calls
*Taking care of social media pages.
*Generate sales leads.
*Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
*Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
*Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
*Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
*Take the extra mile to engage customers.
– Experience 1-2Years in the customer service field
– Bachelor’s degree
– Male and Female – Previous experience in Customer support
– Very Good MS office
– Very Good in English ( Oral & written )
– Understanding of customer needs.
– Excellent communication skills.
