Sales Promoter
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Welcomes store customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by providing catalogues, escorting them to racks and counters and suggesting products that meets their needs.
• Advises customers by providing information on products specifications, use and operation.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
• Arrange and display products in retail store to promote sales and determine seasonal trends and adjust displays as needed.
• Prepare sales slips, orders.
• Creating and updating customer profile records.
• Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and credit cards.
• Keeps clients informed by notifying them of preferred products and future products of potential interest.
• Coordinate with warehouses to release sold products and insure delivery to customer.
• Manage the process of product exchange and returns.
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
