Job Title: Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
• Implementation (Installation, configuration, tuning and support) of the applications and middleware software.
• Participate in implementation plans, requirements and specifications for the new projects and communication with internal/external stakeholders in related job area.
• Participate in the upgrade/patching planning and execution of the applications and middleware software.
• Implement appropriate monitoring, alerting and measurements to ensure the health of our environments.
• Analyzes and administrates the deployment of new requirements and change requests to existing systems.
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Participate in resolving high severity issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a strong understanding of clustering and high availability design.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
Job Requirement:
• 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline.
• RHEL & Centos Linux OS administration skills
• Experience on vSphere, Microsoft active directory LDAP
• Experience on using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Gitlab
• Good knowledge on Kubernetes & Docker installation and administration
• Knowledge of Highly available architecture design concept
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Administration Skills is a plus
• Knowledge of OpenShift Installation & Administration is a plus
• Knowledge of FileNet Installation & Administration is a plus.

Job Title: Junior Tech. Ops. Support engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Leverage Support processes, systems, and tools to resolve a variety of technical problems.
• Own problems through resolution, properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (software developers, system admins …etc).
• Manage, prioritize, monitor queues, and respond to cases within defined SLA’s.
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service.
• Reach clients either via phone, email or chat with an appropriate action plans.
• Create and maintain problem resolution procedures.
• Provide live support to operate and control employees for better performance.
• Coordinate with project teams to deliver in-depth probing to resolve problems.
• Administer production environment and resolve all issues effectively.
• Perform all duties of operations resource and monitor all operational input to ensure effective project availability.
• Inspect and provide on various operations and prepare reports to resolve problems.
• Provide L3 support including Bug fixing and code changes.
• Perform the modifications needed to improve the systems.
• Develop and manage controls on the involved technology layers for facilitate better performance with cooperation with internal teams.
• Provide monitoring solution by using monitoring tools to have an effective sensor on every layer of the solution.
• Create/Update a periodic proactive maintenance plans for all the involved layers including data, logic, and performance maintenance.

Job Requirement:
• 0-2 Years of experience in technical application support or technical implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline.
• DB knowledge specially Microsoft SQL Server, including log analysis and query handling.
• Troubleshooting performance issues in application, database , network and OS layers.
• Worked on different operating systems (Windows, Linux .. etc).
• Knowledge on Kubernetes & Docker is a plus
• Knowledge of Highly available architecture is a plus.
• Application server knowledge and troubleshooting, WebSphere knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of FileNet Installation & Administration
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical agents.
