duties and Responsibilities:-
-Manage the social insurance and Labor Law relations
-Insure new hired employees paperwork is completed and processed.
-Process all personal action forms, complete communication with social insurance office, and medical insurance company.
-Monitor employees attendance.
-Determine the administration issue and resolve them for a smooth office operations.
-Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives , meeting with managers to discuss needs.
-Building applicants sources by dealing with different recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, News Papers , universities , recruitment agencies and community services to achieve the man power plan for our organization.
-Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants , analyzing responses , verifying references , comparing qualifications with job requirements
-Achieving an effective recruitment process , starting from posting vacancies , till interviewing and make short listing
requirements :-
-Bachelore degree in any relevant field.
-Max Age 26 is a Must
-Experience 1-3 years
-Excellent communication skills
-Good user of Microsoft Office especially excel.
