(HR Specialist) in Al Haram Branch
Duets and Responsibilities: –
• Prepare monthly Attendance for Employees.
•Prepare the Monthly payroll data.
• Implement social insurance / Governmental Medical Insurance procedures for all company employees.
• Handle employees’ insurance procedures through delivering insurance checks to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1, 2 and 6 with ensure thorough adherence to Labor & social Law.
• Responsible for assisting with the administration of Recruitment programs
Job Requirements: –
• Bachelor of Commerce preferred.
• 3 experience in payroll, Recruitment and Personnel.
• Males only
• Good in English.
• Excellent knowledge in Human Resources Management.
•Diploma in Human Resources
• Excellent negotiation & persuasion skills,
• Effective interactive communication skills
• Exemplary communication skills both oral and written
• Consistently meets deadlines
• Ability to identify and define and analyze problems and situations, and develop appropriate solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred residents of Haram and Giza
• Social insurance.
• Friday is off
• Working hours are from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
