Location: New Cairo
Job Type: Full Time
Experience,
0-3 years’ experience in payrolls work.
Responsibilities,
• Process monthly payrolls using payroll system HITS.
• Responsible for reviewing and tracking payroll reports and ensure they are received and processed within specified time frames.
• Work directly with Human Resources on new hire set-ups, benefit enrollment changes, terminations, payroll adjustments, and other related activities which impact payroll processing.
• Work directly with the Finance Dept. on bank accounts, employee’s deductions and provide them with monthly needed reports.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and provide information as needed.
• Cooperate with the IT Dept. to maintain the validity and accuracy of payroll system data and ensure all payroll transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Apply policies, procedures and regulations which were setup by company.
Job Requirements,
• BA degree in Commerce.
• Knowledge of Labor Law.
• Excellent MS Office and payroll system
