Job Description:
– Managing all staffing issues within the Reception area.
– Providing support and management for all staff working on reception.
– Having a hands-on approach to general reception duties.
– Building a strong relationship with clients.
– Providing a warm welcome to every guest.
– Handling all phone calls with a pleasant voice.
– Making reservations, dealing with inquiries, dealing with complaints, cash handling.
Job Requirements :
– Able to achieve sales target.
– Good looking and fit.
– Previous experience in sales is preferred.
– Good communication skills and Excellent customer care skills.
– Good management and organization skills.
– Strong team leadership
– Location : Shubra
– Working days : 6 Days and 1 Day off
– Working hours : 8 Hours
