Position: Assistant Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate store daily operations.
– Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
– Supervise and motivate staff to perform, and evaluate employee performance.
– Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues and expenses.
– Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable.
– Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail field is a must.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– High problem-solving and decision making skills.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Flexibility to work in shifts.
– English speaker.
