Wemng is hiring “Couriers” for one of the outstanding companies in the market
Main Tasks:
-Picking up and delivering items to the customers
-Following up on orders status on the software Application
-Making sure all items are packaged well to be delivered to customers
-Dealing with customer complaints and concerns
Qualifications:
• Graduate with a bachelor degree is preferred.
• Presentable with very good communication skills.
• Can handle any complaint.
• Familiar with using online applications.
• Good English
• Giza residents are preferred.
• Preferably have a vehicle (White Color) either Chevrolet N300 or Suzuki (Van), or welling to buy and own one with some facilities from the company.
