Grand Technology located in 6th of Oct. looking for Junior Accountant.
Job Description
Review & record Purchasing invoices or other expenses and correct any discrepancies for satisfactory payment approval.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary
Recording, maintaining, and updating accounting transactions on a day-to-day basis
Follow-up of payment of suppliers’ receivables in accordance with their credit policies
Maintain organized filing system
Provide support to the accounting team once needed
Review daily sales & Prepare Compared sales reports.
Review returned and void transactions & Investigate its causes.
Reached POS to Download reports.
Send commission reports to vendors.
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Microsoft Office, Adobe.
Accurate, well-organized, and Deadline-Oriented.
Implementing Accounting procedures and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
High analytical Skills
