Software company located in Roxi is looking to hire (Technical Support Operator ) with the following requirements: 1) Preferred Proven work experience as a Technical Support or a similar role 2) Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments 3) Good understanding of applications, computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products 4) Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues 5) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 6) Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal 7) University degree in any relevant field 8) Excellent command of English 9) Additional certification is a plus
