About the Job
  • Responsible for developing a working technical solution based on the theoretical design defined by the Business Consultant and in line with the business case.
  • Participate in meetings with current and potential customers and act as an expert in the field of industrial printing solution (printing hardware, software applications).
  • To provide technical expertise on Canon Office Printing/Scanning solutions and supporting IT technologies during the presales scoping, analysis, design and implementation project phase.
  • Deliver and support the implementation of the Office Printing/Scanning solutions.
  • Provide training to customer staff (operators and maintenance staff)
  • Diagnose, find solutions and carry out an intervention.
  • Establish positive relationship to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Continually improve required knowledge & skills set (personal, technical and commercial) for on-going contribution to the Office Printing/Scanning business.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

    1. Graduate – Bachelor’s degree– Computer science preferred.
    2. Basic knowledge of MS Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012), MS Windows SQL Server, MS client OS (MS Windows 7, 8, 10) (Expert knowledge in any one a plus.)
    3. Basic knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP
    4. Basic knowledge of Networking and network infrastructure knowledge.
    5. Knowledge of other OS systems is a plus
    6. Good Communication skills.

Education Major: Computer Science.
