Technical support (Help desk /pc klinic) in branches
( Fresh graduates – A+ /N+ preferred – Knowledge in Software maintenance of Laptop & PC )
Job description:
• Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
• Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team.
• Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements

• Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc.)
• Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (Software/hardware)
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems
-Fresh graduate
– A+ /N+ preferred / Knowledge in Software maintenance of Laptop & PC
Locations:
(5th Settlement New Cairo –Maadi – mohandsen – Nasr City – Ain Shams – Heliopolis – October – Nasr City 10 District)
Compensations:
– salary 2600 + Commission + Transportation allowance +Social & Medical Insurance.
