Technical support (pc klinic) in branches.
(Fresh graduates are welcomed – A+ /N+ preferred – Knowledge in Software maintenance of Laptop & PC )
Job description
• Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
• Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team.
• Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements

• Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc.)
• Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (Software/hardware)
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems
Fresh graduate
A+ /N+ preferred / Knowledge in Software maintenance of Laptop & PC
Compensations:
– salary + Commission + Transportation allowance
– Social & Medical Insurance.
