Technical support (Pc klinic & Help desk)
(in branches- Fresh graduate- A+ /N+ preferred / Knowledge in Software maintenance of Laptop & PC).
– Job description
• Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
• Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team.
• Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements

• Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc)
• Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (software/hardware)
– Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems
•Fresh graduate
•A+ /N+ preferred / Knowledge in Software maintenance of Laptop & PC
– Compensations :
•start 2600 net + Commission + Transportaion. allowance
•Social & Medical Insurance.
