Job Qualifications :-
1. Graduate from Faculty of Engineering / computer science
2. Experience from 1-3 years in similar position
3. N+ m A+ Certificate is a must
4. Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems
5. Excellent Experience in Help Desk tasks ( HW – SW)
6. Excellent Technical Skills
7. Hands on experience with network knowledge and documentation.
Job Description :-
1. Help Desk Support for Entire Network & Staff
2. Installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC ,Network switch, Printers, Copier Machine
3. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
4. Upgrade systems with new releases and models
